Sleep Training is a process that helps infants & toddlers to develop the art of falling asleep independently and soothe themselves back to sleep when they wake through the night.
I can assure you that sleep training isn't about leaving your baby to cry it out for long periods of time. Whilst there are methods that involve small increments of crying, there are also gentler methods that will suit different families.

It’s completely natural to wonder about this, especially when emotions are high and you're already feeling exhausted.
The honest answer? Some crying is likely, but it doesn’t mean your child is being left alone or ignored.
At Little Bambino Sleep Co, we know one size doesn't fit all and we don't recommend anything that goes against your comfort level. We work with you to:

Crying is your child’s way of communicating change, and when we make gentle adjustments to sleep habits, some protest is normal. But with the right support, it doesn't have to be distressing, for them or for you.
