FAQ's

  • What is an Infant & Toddler Sleep Consultant?
An Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant is a trained professional who specialises in helping families improve their child’s sleep in a supportive, and personalised way. At Little Bambino Sleep Co, we work with families to: Understand your baby or toddler’s unique sleep needs Identify what might be disrupting their sleep Create a tailored sleep plan that fits your parenting style and your child’s temperament Whether you're struggling with: Frequent night wakings Short naps Bedtime battles Or simply feeling exhausted and unsure where to start We're here to guide you step-by-step toward better sleep for your little one and for you.
  • What is Sleep Training?
Sleep Training is a process that helps infants & toddlers to develop the art of falling asleep independently and soothe themselves back to sleep when they wake through the night. I can assure you that sleep training isn't about leaving your baby to cry it out for long periods of time. Whilst there are methods that involve small increments of crying, there are also gentler methods that will suit different families.
  • Will there be crying involved?
It’s completely natural to wonder about this, especially when emotions are high and you're already feeling exhausted. The honest answer? Some crying is likely, but it doesn’t mean your child is being left alone or ignored. At Little Bambino Sleep Co, we know one size doesn't fit all and we don't recommend anything that goes against your comfort level. We work with you to: Respond to your child with consistency and reassurance Choose a sleep strategy that fits your parenting style Minimise tears by setting up the right sleep foundations first Crying is your child’s way of communicating change, and when we make gentle adjustments to sleep habits, some protest is normal. But with the right support, it doesn't have to be distressing, for them or for you.
