I'm Amanda, a certified and fully insured infant and toddler sleep consultant. I'm passionate about helping families establish good sleep in their households. We all know it's hard to function on minimal sleep and I love providing the tools and knowledge to parents to support their little bambino's sleep.

I have a personalised approach that is evidence based and pride myself on offering the support families deserve.
