Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Little Bambino Sleep Co, the client agrees to the following Terms of Service:

General

Little Bambino Sleep Co adheres to safe sleep practices in accordance with SIDs (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) recommendations.

The client must advise Little Bambino Sleep Co of any relevant medical conditions their child has before consultation.

All plans and information given to the client by Little Bambino Sleep Co is for the client’s personal use only and should not be shared with third parties.

The client understands that every baby is different and therefore, Little Bambino Sleep Co cannot guarantee 100% success within the support period the client paid for.

The client understands that with any sleep training method (in the room or out of the room) used, may still result in the client’s child crying.

By booking a service with Little Bambino Sleep Co, the client is ready and fully committed to the process of teaching the child to sleep better.

 

Payment Policy

Payment for a service is required in full at the time of booking with Little Bambino Sleep Co through the website.

If extra time together is required, this will be billed separately at the time of agreement between client and Little Bambino Sleep Co.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

NB: The following relates to rescheduling & cancellations before a consultation.

 

Rescheduling

Client’s must give 48 hours + notice to reschedule their consultation. Failure to do so may result in a fee to reschedule the consultation.

 

Cancellation

Client’s must give 48 hours + notice to cancel their consultation. Failure to do so may result in only receiving a partial refund.

 

Support Calls

Missed support calls

Little Bambino Sleep Co will make two attempts to contact the client at the schedule appointment time. If the client does not pick up, the support call will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

 

 

Rescheduling the support call

The client can reschedule the call by giving Little Bambino Sleep Co at least 2 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited call and cannot be rescheduled.

 

Pausing the support calls

Follow up support must be used within 2 months of purchasing the service through Little Bambino Sleep Co.

If the client does need to pause the support, Little Bambino Sleep Co will not provide a new sleep plan once the client is ready to commence again. Little Bambino Sleep Co will provide an updated routine that is age appropriate only before proceeding with the support.

 

Refunds

Little Bambino Sleep Co do not offer refunds on services that are past the consultation stage. If the client wishes for a refund before the consultation, they are to email: hello@littlebambinosleepco.com.au for review.

Any written communication sent by the client to Little Bambino Sleep Co will only be responded to between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

Little Bambino Sleep Co may take up to 12 hours to respond to any written communication sent by the client.
